    Are you still in grade school or are you in college? All of the high schools here teach it, so you can try there, otherwise, check PGCC in Largo, maybe University of Maryland in College Park. You may even be able to get tutoring through Sylvan Learning Centers. I know there's one on Greenbelt Road, at the intersection of Good Luck Road (where DuVal High School is).
