I am in Spanish 3 honors at my school and a big part of it is studying Spanish culture readings. I understand Spanish and normally do well on all tests but I hate history, especially when I can barely understand it. I failed the last test we had on chapter one readings. Tomorrow is chapter 2 and I am having a hard time figuring out a way to study effectively to remember the information. Any one have any ideas?
Thanks!
when i study history, i usually rewrite all the information as if it were a book and its easier for me to remember it that way.
Hope this helps =]

for me it helps to pretend it is a story and i’m trying to follow the plot. it might sound strange but it works! or just write down the main ideas in sequence of in bullets, like this:
1. spaniards moved to antarctica in 2090
2. the spaniards found how to live in extreme conditions in 3095
3. their idea failed and thousands of spaniards died
4. no one else tried to live in antarctica after 3000.
That’s just an example (completely made up). something like that might work!
