I have been learning spanish for one year. The vocabulary is ok, I can read most of spanish news. But my listening understanding is not good. And it seems learning the words which mostly used in TV series or news are more practical.

    You can download movies from torrent sites.

    They usually have English subtitles, which helps learn new expressions.

    In any case, you are going to find it very difficult to keep up to begin with. Don’t despair. The more you listen, the better you will get.

    its the website for a popular spanish channel. the channel (if u wanna watch it) has news reports in it, sports, game shows, soap operas, ect.
