Hi everyone,
i can speak Arabic and English. im learning Spanish these days… I really admire the people who know many languages. It is really great.. i would like to add another language to my knowledge, but I don’t know what to choose. I don’t even know what to consider when I choose a language to learn. I could not find any center close to my home for languages, so I need ur help to know the following: what is the language that is widely taught online. I found that I can easily pass the beginner level in Spanish language by learning it online. Pls, tell me what language you chose to learn? Why did u choose it? is it easy to learn online? How much time you spend daily to learn it?,, I really have the desire to learn.. I wanna learn a useful language that can broaden my knowledge. I got many advices like learning Chinese coz it is gonna be the international language, but I think it sounds extremely hard to learn. i thought about German, french, Turkish, Icelandic, Italian, and Korean, but I still don’t know what choose… I wish if u can help me to make a choice, I will truly appreciate it
Thanks in Advance =)

First of all it depends on in which continent you are.
America = I would recommend Spanish
Europe = French or German
Asia = Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
I speak: English, Dutch, Papiaments (fluently)
And I can manage: French and German
Learning a language is tough, but it also depends on your discipline… I used to practice in the mirror 15 min. a day (loudly).
Buy and read children books "my first words", etc…
It's fun…. and knowledge is power.

id like to learn arabic”"
anyway, i think for u, you can choose by urself by taking into consideration wat u want to learn, and if u hv difficulty, u can lok at the people around u, wat language they know n u dnt know, or about which kind of people u meet the most and u dnt know their language.
learning these language would help as u would then be able to communicate with them.
choice is urs… like german if u like**

I’d say it depends on where you live if you want it to be useful. I chose to learn French because I’m Canadian so I figured it would probably be more useful to me than anything else and I knew I could take some of my elementary school classes in French. I don’t regret it after 9 years and I’ve used it quite a bit of it at my jobs with tourists and with traveling through Quebec and parts of Ontario.

Seeing that you speak Arabic English and a bit of Spanish why not try German. It’s difficult but useful. Plus … once you know it you can also grasp a bit of Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, not much but might be useful. Learning Spanish helps you understand a bit of French and Italian , Korean Turkish and Icelandic are quite isolated and they’ll help you only in those countries. Chinese …. there is no such language. Cantonese of Mandarin but depends what part of China you want to go or stay or visit.
