Hey there!
I need urgent help..
Okay, well, I signed up for music lessons in my school because I want to learn to play an instrument. BUT the problem is, I want to play the guitar on Tuesday, piano's are on wednesdays and drums are on thursday's…I want to play the guitar but I want to join the spanish club in the school which IS ON TUESDAY(THE DAY MY GUITAR LESSON WOULD BE)…
So I was wondering what you would do if you were in my situation????
Please help, I really need to know what you would do if you were in my hands….
AND PLUS, I want to know which one is easier, if the guitar is easier, the piano is easier or the drum is easier, please tell me which instrument is easier, AND please do not give me links to any sites for info on these 3 instruments, i have checked but i want to know which one you think is easier and if you play that instrument…
So please help me, help would highly be appreciated as usual!!!
Bye!
Rizla07!
P.S PLEASE HELP AND TELL ME..
I want to do the guitar but I really want to go to the spanish club to, plus, I had a really high level at spanish in my old school, 5A, and still want to learn a bit more, more suggestions please, thanks to those who have answered! BUT NOT THE SILLY ONES!!!
Although the piano is easier to learn, there is a very big consideration you have to take into account.
It's clear that you like the guitar more than anything (you stated you wanted to play the guitar… twice…) and that would be VERY important in making the right decision. Simply, you will not feel motivated as much trying to learn an instrument you don't like to begin with… or don't feel an affinity with…
My most sincere advise would be to go with your heart. Sometimes you have to make compromises. Or you could also get private guitar lessons so you can join the Spanish Club…
The less you panic the more everything will work itself out… you'd be surprised…

Is the Spanish necessary? If you destiny is music, go for guitar and drums and the piano, we need more musical people, we can pull any Spanish-talking English person any time.

ALWAYS GO FOR KEYBOARD. IF YOU KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A KEYBOARD, YOU CAN PLAY A WHOLE BUNCH OF INSTRUMENTS LIKE ', GRAND PIANO, ELECTRONIC PIANO, HARMONICA, ACCORDION, ETC.. KEY'D INSTRUMENTS ARE ALSO EASY TO LEARN. NO BLOWING OR NO FINGER PAIN LIKE GUITAR OR VIOLIN. YOU CAN SIT LIKE A KING AND PLAY ON IT.

Session pro guitarist. I've played pro keyboards as well occasionally.
Go for the Spanish as that's probably more use to you at the moment.
A piano can be used to play well known pieces of music, whereas drums will accompany the music. You need a really good sense of rhythm to play drums - it's not as easy as it looks!!!
Both of these instruments are bulky - not something you could carry round with you - have you thought about something like a clarinet?
All instruments require dedication to be able to play them to a high standard.
Good luck!!!

If you want to learn guitar and have complications for that certain day try piano. It is pretty easy and it will give you some experience with reading notes and using your fingers for guitar. That way you can take piano this year and guitar next. I have played accoustic guitar, which I would reccomend starting with, for over a year now and it is pretty hard. Start with something easy and pull yourself into things.

Heh, what a predicament, anyways, its really all in priority and point of view. Learning a second language is pretty impressive, but if you are already at a high level, why can't you improve at home? Is the club providing you with anything you could already learn off the internet?
And music is very fun too, but jumping straight towards 3 instruments can be a hassle. You know that most teachers require atleast 30 minutes of practice for an individual instrument? Its a lot of work but it pays off if you focus on one.
In personal experience and preference, I would learn to play the piano first. It is the best way to go into music in that it teaches both bass and treble cleft, rhthym, and hand independence. The guitar would be next, considering its musical capabilities, and finally the drums. I personally play the drums actually, and I love it to death, but considering it requires other people to play it with and usually lacks major formal lessons.
You can't really base instruments on ease of learning, what was easy for my sister was my greatest challenge (both played drums and piano, I'm awesome at drums, suck at piano, and opposite for her) so it would be better if you based these kinds of things on other factors.
Hope this helps, good luck with learning these things, I think its great you love music that much!

You can play songs on a Piano and Guitar but not on drums so decide whether you would be happy playing drums.
Out of Piano and Guitar, it is easier to play guitar.

I play all three of these instruments, and they are all great fun to learn and play. If I were in your shoes, I would take all three lessons and work hard at it, because your efforts will pay off in the end.
They are all pretty difficult instruments to pick up, but which ever is the hardest differs from person to person. For example, some people are good at getting their limbs to work independantly and do different things for playing drums, when at the same time, they have trouble with finger dexterity on guitar. You will pick up some instruments better than other people, and be slower than other people on other instruments, but only you know which. However, with enough effort, anyone can learn to play any instrument over time.
So….. as I said, I'd do all three, but it's completely up to you. Maybe seeing as your learning two other instruments already, a language would be a nice change, and something to add to your resume in later life? Thought about that?
Anyway, hope you figure it out. Good luck.

I've had been played or heard my brother play the guitar and the drums. And it's so complicated! I 100 % recommend piano since you can play any kind of music included nonclassical ones. If you picked piano, there's nothing to be worry of!
