Between French and Spanish.
Also can you give me a website where I can take free lessons?
Its not a matter of which is easier to learn (they are both romance languages to they are about the same in that respect), you should learn the language that you really want to learn the most and the one you will use the most.
websites: I googled it & came up with these:
french - http://www.bonjour.com/
http://www.frenchassistant.com/
http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/french/ (spanish as well)
http://www.lsfrench.com/beginners2.html
spanish - http://www.studyspanish.com/
http://www.learn-spanish-online.de/
http://www.spanishprograms.com/
& there are many more.

Spanish is much easier to learn. You only have one type of accent mark, there are more cognates and it's more useful to know in this day and age.
A site that explains Spanish grammar concepts very well is:
http://www.studyspanish.com
And a great online dictionary for either French or Spanish is:
http://www.wordreference.com
